Though this piece of equipment might seem simple, it actually belies great design, construction, and functionality. It has two flat shelves, each 1.625-inch thick. Put together, these two shelves can carry 500 lbs of evenly distributed weight. Additionally, the shelves are made of injection-molded thermoplastic resin that can resist damage caused by heavy use, such as stains, scratches, dents, and cracks.
Maneuvering the cart, even when its fully laden, is also made easy by the ergonomic push handle molded onto the top shelf. Since this shelf isnt screwed on, but is basically part of the top shelf, its in no danger of popping off after heavy use. Additionally, there are also four 5-inch heavy duty rolling casters, two with locking brakes, that keep the cart stable when it needs to be.
